As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries and concerns via Instagram, our website, and email. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth logistics, from reverse pickups to parcel deliveries, and managing timely refunds. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will contribute to our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via Instagram, our website, and our Customer Care email.
  2. Monitor and ensure timely reverse pickups and smooth parcel deliveries.
  3. Coordinate with courier partners to address any logistics challenges or escalate issues as needed.
  4. Process customer refunds promptly and accurately.
  5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and empathetic support.
  6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  7. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.


Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  3. Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially Instagram, and familiarity with email management.
  4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  5. Experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
