Refund policy

Returns due to size and style issues can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery for all online orders. Tags should be intact and products should be unused.

Jaipur Morni does not offer any exchange policy. In case of size exchange, kindly return the product and place a new order.

For return requests, you have three convenient options:

1. Drop an email to customercare@jaipurmorni.com.
2. Fill up the return form by clicking here.
3. Log into your account, navigate to My Orders, select your order, and place the return request.

Please note that if you need to return an item for the second time from the same order, a courier charge of Rs. 200 will apply.

Please note: Return requests placed on any other medium such as Instagram, WhatsApp, etc. will not be accepted. All followup queries will be answered only on the email.

Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 15 days to initiate a refund  after a successful product inspection by the quality check department. The refund will be initiated in the form of a coupon code which the customer can use for placing future orders. Please note that while no amount will be deducted for reverse pickup charges in case of issuing STORE CREDIT, for orders under 1999/-, INR 200/- will be deducted as a convenience fee charge. 

Any disputes related to the refund must be raised within 48 hours of the refund initiation. After this period, no queries will be entertained.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.

ALTERED/STAINED PRODUCTS

No refunds will be made against garments that have been altered by the customer.

No refunds will be made against garments received with stains, defects or damage of any type. If the garment is received to the customer in a damaged condition, kindly intimate within 24 hours of delivery on customercare@jaipurmorni.com. 

CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled only before the shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate a store credit or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 7 working days. However, the store credit will be paid after deducting the shipping charge of INR 150 paid by the customer at the time of placing the order.

SHOP SUSTAINABLE

Please note that all articles under 'Shop Sustainable' category (tote bags, makeup kits, scrunchies, shorts, grocery bags) are non-returnable.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to the high logistics fee, we are unable to offer any kind of return, refund and exchange for International orders. We use courier partners such as Aramex, DHL, Fedex to ship International orders. In case you are unable to pay using your International card, you may drop an email on customercare@jaipurmorni.com along with your cart image and we shall share alternative payment mode options. 

FACE MASKS

For hygiene reasons, face masks and cotton shorts are non-returnable.
