How we contact you
We send order confirmations, dispatch and tracking updates by email, SMS and WhatsApp. For COD orders and pre-orders, our team may also call you. We send offers and new-collection updates only if you've signed up, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by writing to us.
Who we share it with
We share only what each partner needs to do its job:
- Shopify, which runs our online store
- Payment gateways, to process your payment
- Courier and logistics partners (such as Shiprocket, Blue Dart, DTDC, Track On, and DHL, Aramex or FedEx for international orders), to deliver and pick up parcels
- Return Prime, which manages our return requests
- Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to show relevant ads and measure how they perform
- Government authorities, only when the law requires it
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
Some cookies are essential for your cart and checkout to work. Others help us understand how the site is used and how our ads perform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the essential ones are needed for checkout.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you shop with us and for as long as tax, accounting and legal rules require. After that, we delete it.

Complaints and grievances
For any privacy question or complaint, write to our Grievance Officer at customercare@jaipurmorni.com. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
