Responsibilities:

1. Research and stay updated on the latest fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques to inform design concepts.
   

2. Create original designs for clothing and accessories that align with the brand’s vision and target market.
   

3. Develop detailed sketches and technical drawings, including tech packs or spec sheets, to guide the production process.
   

4. Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments to enhance design aesthetics and functionality.
   

5. Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with business strategies.
   

6. Oversee the sampling process, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired fit and quality standards.
   

7. Present design concepts and collections to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine final products.
   

8. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
   

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
   

2. Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing original designs and collections.
   

3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
   

4. Strong sketching abilities, both by hand and digitally, to effectively communicate design ideas.
   

5. In-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and textile technologies.
   

6. Excellent understanding of current fashion trends and market demands.
   

7. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
   

8. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
